Contacting Staff outside of Work hours
Dear Members,
It has come to Nuchatlaht Tribe’s attention that certain members have been contacting Nuchatlaht Tribe staff with work related matters outside of work hours by calling their houses or Facebook messaging them. This is unacceptable and must stop.
Nuchatlaht Tribe understands the importance of a work-life balance and this type of behavior is counterproductive to a work-life balance. Nuchatlaht Tribe’s staff have been directed to ignore work-related requests outside of work hours and direct the person to call them at work or email them at their work email. Each staff person’s email address is listed on Nuchatlaht’s website under the staff directory section.
