Incomplete forms may be rejected.
Most applications require the primary applicant to be a registered Nuchatlaht (639) member, but applicant may bring immediate family. Non-member applications will be rejected.
Registered members may include non-members in their application when applicable. However, non-members will not be eligible for coverage from the Nation.
